All of these questions should be answered to your satisfaction. Several large companies have entered into the security business by acquiring smaller companies and have no experience servicing this very specialized industry. Mass marketing free (leased) basic systems is becoming their desired way of finding new customers. In this as in any industry you normally get exactly what you pay for. If a system is leased and you do not like the service you are receiving you cannot cancel and go somewhere else without costly penalties. This is not like having painting done where you never have to deal with the company again if your not satisfied.   • How often does the system send a confidence test?
  • We send daily confidence tests so we know your system is working daily, (Out of town monitoring normally only tests monthly).

  • Is the system purchased or leased?
  • We offer both purchased and leased systems.

  • How long is the labor & equipment warrantee?
  • Both labor and equipment are guaranteed for five years or to end of contract term whichever comes first.

  • What happens if a false alarm occurs and a fine is implemented?
  • All custom systems come with a false alarm guarantee (we pay – ask for details).

  • Is actual (not just telephone) service available 24 hours per day?
  • 24 hour actual service always available.

  • What are the service rates?
  • Service rates fluctuate please ask for details.

  • Are there any hidden truck or mileage charges for service calls?
